This course runs on 2 consecutive Sundays:
3rd of November 12-5pm (5 hours) & 10th of November 8am-1pm (5 hours)
Together we will learn:
► The basic sequences of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga
► Key postures and their alignment
► Breathing exercises
► How to be an empowered student in a studio community/setting
► The key components of yoga as a holistic system for health & wellbeing + how to bring yogic principles into your everyday life
This course is great if you are brand new to yoga, or have been practising at the studio already for a while, and want to gain a more holistic understanding of Yoga, as well as improve the foundations of your practise. Also great for anyone simply wanting to refresh their knowledge of the main principles of yoga asana and pranayama (movement and breath) after a time away
From these two Sundays of learning, you will have a safe, strong base to explore other styles of yoga at Tula, as well as have the tools to start to design a home practice that suits your own needs/schedule
